Breakfast The Most Important Meal of the Day Is a Healthy Start

Breakfast is more than just an eye-opener that helps you transition from sleep to the day ahead helps you transition from sleep to the day ahead. Eating breakfast, especially if it includes whole grains, reduces your risk for heart attack, stroke:I eat instant oatmeal topped with fruit (like blueberries or bananas, something easy to cut). Other times I toast whole wheat bread with some organic cheese. When I'm really in a rush: hummus and carrot sticks! Oh, I also love Kashi's "Good Friends" high-fiber cereal-- keeps me full all morning ! So What do you have for breakfast ?
